Women have gravitated to the Walther P22 90% of the time which is why the P22 model has consistently been among the multiple year recipients of the Ladies Choice Award! Every student who takes a beginner or handgun carry class with us has the opportunity to shoot the Walther P22 which is how the P22's SFWA runs on the line has now exceeded 2 million rounds shot through 4 guns! Although the Walther P22 requires the higher velocity 22 LR rounds, the gun is preferred 7-to-1 over its competitor's version. Unlike most surveys that are offered on social media and in many industry publications, typically there is never a comprehensive selection of all available competitive manufacturer handgun options from which to choose.
